Bailey Reichert


Major: Biology Minor(s): Psychology As President, I handle the day-to-day operations of the chapter. This includes overseeing all council officers, communicating with the National Leadership Team and Chapter Advisory Board, and running all chapter and council meetings. I also address questions and concerns from chapter members, parents, university officials, and others as they arise.

Lauryn Lingad

VP - Member Education

Major: Nursing Minor(s): Health As VP- Member Education, I'm responsible for ensuring the chapter remains informed members of all things Kappa Delta and that the new members are excited, prepared, and ready to take on their lifelong membership as a KayDee Lady!

Olivia Nilsson

VP - Membership

Major: Nursing As VP - Membership, I am responsible for formal recruitment and our sisterhood activities. We look forward to welcoming new members into our sisterhood which is full of love and confidence!

Anna Otis

VP - Operations

Major: Nursing As Vice President-Operations, my responsibilities are to ensure that all of the council members understand their role and provide guidance for them as well as ensure all of our appointed officers are fulfilling their duties and fully understand their position so we can ensure that the chapter runs smoothly. I am also responsible for ensuring we are meeting all of our Nautilus Standards of Excellence!

Natalie Kuca

VP - Community Service

Major: International Studies with a concentration in Diplomatic Studies Minor: Japanese Studies As Vice President of Community Service, I educate Kappa Delta members about our philanthropies,  motivate members to participate in philanthropic opportunities outside of and within Kappa Delta, and plan our Girl Scout events and our annual Shamrock event. I strive to instill in our members the value of giving back to the community. 

Katie Fata

VP - Public Relations

Major: English-Writing Minor(s): Women & Gender Studies, Journalism As Vice President of Public Relations, it is my duty to promote and better the chapter’s image, both internally and externally. I also promote Kappa Delta events, like International Women’s Friendship Month. I also plan events for the chapter and alumni. I run the chapter’s social media and oversee the website.

Katie Cavender

VP - Standards

Major(s):English Literature & Secondary Education As Vice President-Standards, I am in charge of making sure that all members of Kappa Delta-Omicron uphold the values of the sorority. I oversee risk management and the planning of social functions. I also help with the day-to-day operations of our chapter house

Ivy Do


Major(s): International Studies and Pre-Med As Secretary, my position entails working with every other council position to work with forms, chapter minute documents, attendance, and bad standing. I serve as a communication method between the council to make our lives more organized and easier to handle. I see myself as a resource rather than an assistant and value the need for a Secretary.

Andrea Mehrkens

VP - Finance

Major: Accounting As Vice President-Finance, I am responsible for handling our chapter’s finances and promoting financial responsibility among members. I also serve as a member of Omicron House Corp.

Alyssa Lech

Panhellenic Delegate

Major: Nursing As Panhellenic Delegate, I am a liaison between Kappa Delta and all other Greek and campus activities. By attending biweekly meetings with the Panhellenic Executive Council, I am responsible for keeping Kappa Delta informed and helping all of our chapters work together as a Panhellenic community.
